Current providers

• Supabase — database, authentication and private file storage. Processes account, workspace and application records.
• Cloudflare — application hosting, content delivery, network security and operational request handling.
• Stripe — Checkout, recurring subscriptions, invoices and the Customer Portal. Processes billing identity, payment and subscription information.
• Resend — delivery of transactional quotes, invoices, payslips, accountant packs and account communications.
• OpenAI — optional AI-assisted receipt extraction when a subscriber chooses to scan a receipt. Processes the submitted receipt image and extraction instructions for that request.
• Komoot Photon — Australian address suggestions. Processes the address search text required to return suggestions.

Provider controls

We select providers needed to operate the Service and limit the information sent to the purpose of the integration. Tradie Checkpoint’s primary application and database hosting region is Sydney, Australia. Provider contracts, security materials and international support arrangements should be reviewed before this list is made effective.

Changes

Providers may change as the Service develops. We will update this list before a new provider begins materially processing Customer Data and give reasonable notice where a change materially affects subscribers.
